With over 60 years’ experience making adult mattresses, we’re now bringing this knowledge to your little ones. That Maternal Instinct in every new parent means you want what’s best for your baby.
Your precious bundle deserves to sleep as soundly as you do, whilst getting the benefits and support their bodies need in those critical first 12 months, when a babies growth is so rapid. Research has shown that newborn babies need around 17 hours of sleep each day, this helps in the development of their immune system, central nervous system and
physical growth, with their spines growing up-to 50% in the first year, but our Dual Sided designed mattresses also carry on giving that same support and benefits up to 5 years of age.
By using natural fillings, an “Active Support Technology” spring system, “Okeo-Tex” standard 100 textiles and an International Safety Standards Lock Stitch tape edger, you can be reassured that your baby is sleeping safely.
All our suppliers are British based and located within a 1 hour drive of our manufacturing facility. This enables us to give our customers an efficient service and also keeps our Carbon Footprint low.

Ultra Luxury
The Matt Instinct ultra luxury-Cot Bed Mattress has active support technology 1000 series pocket springs covered both sides in a layer of super soft British Traceable natural wools which brings an abundance of benefits to your little sleeper. It’s naturally temperature regulating with excellent breathability. It’s also a natural defence against dust mites and a natural fire retardant, meaning that the mattress passes the UK Fire Regulation Tests without the need for any chemical fire-retardant sprays.
Ultra Deluxe
The Matt Instinct ultra deluxe-Cot Bed Mattress offers all the benefits of the luxury but has all natural fillings with Cocolok , this core is created from coconut fibres blended together with natural latex to act like springs, providing your baby with the firm support, whilst reducing individual pressure points and the risk of dipping.
Covered both sides in a layer of super soft British Traceable natural wools which brings an abundance of benefits to your little sleeper. It’s naturally temperature regulating with excellent breathability. It’s also a natural defence against dust mite.
Holding all these layers together is a luxury Herringbone Cotton or Coolmax cover that helps aid the breathability of the mattress and is super soft for baby’s delicate skin, so they can sleep comfortably time and time again.

Active Support Technology Springs allow your babies muscles to relax in a more natural sleep position. The coils adjust to your babies sleep movements, comforting and supporting their bodies during the early years and as they grow.
